I am an annual McFLY SuperCity Pioneer. First of all I’d like to mention that I LOVE SuperCity, but as probably a lot of you I experienced some problems with SuperCity. According to my experiences through the past 8 months it is quiet hard/impossible to reach the SuperCity Team with such problems. On this page I’m going to collect the most common problems with the site, so that the SuperCity Team can hopefully look into them. I’d like to highlight that this is NOT a ‘hater’ page!!! I’d just like to draw McFLY’s and the SuperCity Team’s attention to the users’ concerns.
